摘要

目的 研究在急性脑出血患者护理中应用临床护理路径所起到的效果。方法 随机选取2021年7月至2022年8月期间收治的急性脑出血患者90例，将这90例患者随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组患者应用常规护理方式，观察组患者应用临床护理路径方式，通过对两组患者基本资料分析来对护理后的效果进行评价。结果 应用临床护理路径方式的观察组患者护理有效率为95.55%，高于对照组84.44%，观察组护理满意度为95.55%，也高于同期对照组82.22%（P＜0.05）。结论 在急性脑出血患者护理中应用临床护理路径方式能够为患者提供细致、优质的护理服务，以此能够从护理质量保障中提升患者生活质量和护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective: To study the effect of clinical nursing pathway in the nursing of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.
Methods: Randomly select 90 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage who were treated from July 2021 to August 2022, and divide these 90 patients into a control group and an observation group randomly. Nursing path method, through the analysis of the basic data of the two groups of patients to evaluate the effect of nursing.
Results: The effective rate of nursing care in the observation group was 95.55%, which was higher than that of the control group (84.44%), and the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.55%, which was also higher than that of the control group (82.22%) (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The application of clinical nursing pathway in the nursing of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage can provide meticulous and high-quality nursing services for patients, so as to improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients from the guarantee of nursing quality.
