摘要
基于内科护理教学中临床思维和护理决策能力培养的不足,对“辨证施护”理念在内科护理教学中的应用进行了研究。研究阐述了该理念如何融入教学目标、内容和评价体系,并构建新的教学模式。通过验证分析,模式实施后学生的临床思维能力提高了15分,护理决策能力提升了8分。结果表明,“辨证施护”理念有效促进了学生的综合能力提升,为内科护理教学改革提供了新方向。

Abstract
Addressing deficiencies in clinical reasoning and nursing decision-making skills within internal medicine nursing education, this study investigates the application of the "differentiated nursing care" concept. This study elucidates how this concept can be integrated into teaching objectives, content, and evaluation systems to establish a novel teaching model. Validation analysis revealed that after implementing this model, students' clinical reasoning skills improved by 15 points, and their nursing decision-making abilities increased by 8 points. The results demonstrate that the "differentiated nursing" concept effectively enhances students' comprehensive competencies, offering a new direction for reforming internal medicine nursing education.
