摘要

目的 分析阑尾炎手术护理中采取围手术期护理干预的效果。方法 本次研究对象为82例阑尾炎手术治疗患者，抽取自本院2024年2月-2025年2月期间。采取随机数字表法将上述患者分为常规组及试验组，每组41例。其中常规组行常规护理，试验组采取围手术期护理干预。对两组负面情绪（焦虑、抑郁）、并发症发生率及护理满意度予以比较。结果 与常规组比较，试验组负面情绪评分、并发症发生率均显低（P<0.05）。与常规组（80.49%）比较，试验组护理满意度（97.56%）显高（P<0.05）。结论 阑尾炎手术护理中采取围手术期护理干预，能有效改善患者的焦虑、抑郁负面情绪，减少并发症发生率，提高患者的护理满意度，可推广于临床。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of perioperative nursing interventions in appendicitis surgery nursing.
Methods The subjects of this study were 82 patients who underwent surgical treatment for appendicitis, selected from our hospital from February 2024 to February 2025. The above patients were divided into a control group and an experimental group using a random number table method, with 41 cases in each group. The routine group received routine nursing care, while the experimental group received perioperative nursing intervention. Compare the incidence of negative emotions (anxiety, depression), complications, and nursing satisfaction between two groups.
Results Compared with the conventional group, the experimental group had significantly lower negative emotion scores and incidence of complications (P<0.05). Compared with the conventional group (80.49%), the experimental group had significantly higher nursing satisfaction (97.56%) (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Perioperative nursing interventions in appendicitis surgery can effectively improve patients' anxiety, depression, and negative emotions, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve patients' nursing satisfaction. This can be promoted in clinical practice.
