摘要
发热门诊接诊的患者较为特殊，患者不确定因素较多。该门诊工作包括疾病诊断、感染分析、传染性分析等，工作内容较多且繁杂。医护人员在照顾患者时，经常会遇见各种危险情况，增加护理难度同时还会影响科室长期发展。为了进一步了解发热门诊护理不安全因素和目前常见的干预方法，作者收集前人文献报道进行总结分析。

Abstract
Patients admitted to fever clinics are relatively unique and have many uncertain factors. The outpatient work includes disease diagnosis, infection analysis, infectivity analysis, etc. with a large and complex workload. Medical staff often encounter various dangerous situations while taking care of patients, which increases the difficulty of nursing and also affects the long-term development of the department. In order to further understand the unsafe factors and common intervention methods in fever outpatient nursing, the author collected previous literature reports for summary and analysis.
