摘要

目的 探讨快速康复理念在日间甲状腺手术室护理中的应用效果。方法 选择我院日间手术室2024年6月至2025年6月收治的80例接受日间甲状腺手术患者参与研究，随机进行分组，对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取快速康复理念护理，对比两组护理效果。结果 观察组围术期恢复指标优于对照组，不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在日间甲状腺手术室护理中应用快速康复理念，能够显著改善患者的围术期恢复情况，降低不良反应发生率，提升护理质量。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of the concept of rapid recovery after surgery in the daytime thyroid operating room nursing.
Methods Eighty patients who underwent day thyroid surgery and were admitted to the day operating room of our hospital from June 2024 to June 2025 were selected to participate in the study. They were randomly divided into groups. The control group received conventional care, while the observation group received care based on the concept of rapid recovery. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
Results The perioperative recovery indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of the concept of rapid recovery after surgery in the daytime thyroid operating room nursing can significantly improve the perioperative recovery of patients, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and enhance the quality of nursing.
